THSPA Lifters in Full Effect!
TweetThe THSPA is the largest powerlifting federation in the country with high school meets every weekend during the season with 400 lifters commonly seen! Local meets are held each weekend with the top 10 ranked lifters in each class meeting for a regional meet. The top two in each regional championship along with anyone who hits the State QT at the regional meet goes to compete at the prestigious THSPA State meet!
