My goal is to try to add a few pounds to get to a solid 187 with about 10-12 percent BF. Its a very reasonable goal that I am going to take my time with this year. Also really focusing on my lifting technique. Plus I really need to decide what I am going to do in terms of my body type. I get big then dont want to be big, I get cut then dont want to be cut. All the while I am not focusing on really making one area great. Its time to decide. I am almost 37. What will I do to get there. Tren will be in the mix. All else is secondary.
