      I actually logged today's workout in phone because my paper journal was at home so I'm gonna cut and paste it here;
      Bent over barbell rows curl grip
      95x15, 145x14, 195x11, 245x7, 245x5
      Tbar overhand grip 50x15, 75x12, 100x10, 125x6
      Mountain dog pulldowns with ez bar
      55x10, 55x8, 55x6.5
      Pulldowns to the front sitting with lower back vertical only slight arch in upper back to accommodate bar. Legs behind me instead of under the brace so you can't pull with hip flexors. Pull bar down to directly in front of mouth grasping bar at the very ends
      110x10, 110x10, 110x8, 110x7
      Behind the back bar shrugs 135x15, 225x11, 275x8, 315x7
      Regular bar shrugs 315x19, 365x7
      Shrug backs at seated cable row

      Had to re-up on my supps today and somethings were unavailable so some new combos will be listed tomorrow. Working a half day and then hitting legs.

      I wanted to pick up infra-md but the shop I went to didn't carry any prime products so I picked up glycofuse by Gaspari because it used branched cyclic dextrin which John meadows espouses. I will be using two scoops of the glycofuse mixed with my one scoop of Dr Jekyll and one scoop of adrenol8 preworkout. My during will remain the synthesize and glycopeak until the glycopeak is gone and then i will be incorporating a scoop of waxy maize. For post workout in still using celltech but once that is out it will be CGP -creatine glycerol-phosphate with two scoops of the waxy maize. Also they were out of the chocolate peanut butter carnivore mass so I picked up regular carnivore in chocolate and this am I used two scoops carnivore plus two scoops waxy maize with four ounces of muscle egg egg whites. I drank half of this mix after consuming a 5oz burger for breakfast. I'll try to keep updating the food during the day because by the time the end of the day comes I can't recall exactly what I had.

      10am I had a turkey sandwhich on a hard roll and 1/4lb of American cheese.
      10:45am will be my preworkout mix and then 11:00am starts legs.

      Had a sick boy waiting at home so I had to rush legs a little today
      I did my typical 12min treadmill warmup and then 3 min stop supersets of extension and curls with 50x15.
      Front squats ass to grass in the smith
      65x15, 95x12, 115x10, 125x8
      Stuff legs in the smith (at the top of the rep I think about pushing my hips forward and contracting my glutes as opposed to hyper extending my back to keep focus on legs)
      95x12, 115x12 135x9 all reps super slow on positive and negative
      Leg presses with feet shoulder width and dead middle of platform vertically.
      6 plates per side x 15, 7 x15, 8x12, 9 x 9
      I figured I hit all my big compound movements so the auxiliary moves can be saved for next time.

      My son wanted pizza for lunch so I had two slices and my half serving of carnivore with liquid egg whites, pb, waxymaize to make up for lack of protein.
      Dinner was flank steak marinated over in buffalo teriyaki sauce and two baked potatoes
      Before bed had a half serving of carnivore mix and now I just woke up hungry so I'll be having frozen French toast and more carnivore mix

      Today's food
      12:30am French toast and carnivore, waxymaize, MCT, pb and egg whites. Half serving.
      4:00am rest of carnivore mix and a grilled cheese sandwhich
      8:15am grilled chicken over multigrain Barillo plus pasta and drank 2 scoops of cell tech
      12:00 gave into temptation and had mozzarella stix, cheeseburger and fries and washed it down with a vanilla shake
      3:30pm flank steak with some more pasta but not too much pasta and chased it with NOSynthesize and 2 scoops of glycopeak.
      6:30 baked chicken wings and a baked potatoe.
      At 9:00pm I will have my usual carnivore mix and probably something small. It seems I need to always add a little bit of real food to my shakes so it feels like a meal.

      I think the waxymaize in the mix helps clear out the 9:00pm stuff and I wake up hungry around 12-12:30am.

      On another side note my weight shot uo over the weekend from 218 Friday to 224 Sunday night. While I didn't write down my food intake I know I always eat better on the weekends because I skeins most of the day in the kitchen butvi also think switching from the carnivore mass to just the carnivore and then adding the waxymaize, MCT and heaping ass tablespoon of peanut butter along with the liquid egg whites is working better. I will have to sit down and calculate the macros to confirm it but I'm pretty sure I'm right. I did also manage to get in 3 of my half servings each day so of course that is a good increase too.
