      Been slacking but had a killer arm day on Friday, clean diet then clean most Of Saturday with pizza for dinner and a little chocolate, yesterday diet was good but a little low and not enough carbs,
      I'll get back on this log just have a test on the 23rd so will be after Xmas before it happens...

      Had an insane leg day today, I love this programming so far and loved his style from show prep.

      It was a super sets of exercises all supersets only around 6 different movement but was awes0em and still almost puked from it haha...

      Felling good looking fuller again and leaning out a wee bit...

      Sorry whoever looks St this I've been slacking but killing it in real life lol, screwed up did cardio legs and abs in one day and noodles myslef but otherwise work it shave been great and leaning out with cardio and better diet. Diet has been close to ut not meeting macro requirements fully... Sitting around 195 am down a few lbs but fuller
