most say that only 1x per month is all that is needed and suggested but my therapist was super aggressive with mine on my legs and we were doing it 3x per week. so see what they say and go with what is going to help you best the fastest. i only get my back done 1x per month and hams and glutes as well. i will probably transition to chest delts and arms here shortly when everything else is good to go. cool thing about this technique is when you cant hear or feel it anymore then you are all good. they cant fake that to make more money off of you

Yea Guns, thats exactly why im doing this. Ive always gotten deep tissue on my back and i still have these dam knots. I also have alot of elbow pain from doing weighted dips which i guess could be considered tennis elbow. So those two things ill have them look at. Ill take pics and log this for sure. Its only $50 for the therapy because its not covered by insurance.

hell yeah man. i pay 45 for 30 mins and she spends about 5-10 mins on each zone of the muscle being worked. that's all that is needed i guess. cool thing about my lady is she travels and works on different parts of the olympic team, so she is damn good. it kind of screwed me last month because she was out of town when i needed to get in and i am not seeing my primary doc for a ref to go see the pt to have it done. i would rather pay out of pocket than have to go through on the bs to see my physical therapist over and over again

I went to my appointment this morning. The doctor is one of the best in tampa because he does many Rays & Lightning players and hes not even a team doctor. He looked me over and said im in excellent structural health and that i dont really need to see a chiro but he did recommend Graston on my back and laser therapy on my elbows because i have tendonitis.

My next appointment is next Monday.

By the way the doctor was an old school powerlifter and he knows all about the typical elements of a body builder. So it was cool we related a lot.

he worked you pretty good it looks like. now idk how long he told you to wait but let everyone know how different and more open it feels when you train it again. you should also get better pumps and growth from the blood flow and opening up of the fascia as well. great stuff man, i dont bruise very easy at all and i get the piss beat out of me with some nasty bruising at times
