      Ok I stay hungry I eat every two hrs but 30 mins after a meal I am starving to the point I feel week blood sugar is fine according to doctor could it be the the eq I'm on just 600 mg a week is very irritating to be this hungry all the time why do u think this is this is the first time in 20 years this has happened any help would be greatly needed

      it means your metabolism is fired up and working very well. the supps really have no impact on it unless you are getting a good pacebo effect. if you stop getting hungry even after eating then you are starting to crash. this of course isnt the cause if you arent eating haha.

      Thanks man I just ate 16 oz fish and a sweet tatter 23 mins ago and I'm so hungry I wanna puke is there anything I can take to kill the hunger pain? Thank u for the fast responce my freind and drinking extra water does not help at all

      pick up some backdraft from prime nutrition or start adding more hot sauce to your meals. that will blunt hunger for a little bit longer. fiber also helps but you will get a combo of gas or the runs if your body doesnt agree with it. diet soda has also helped me in the past but you have to limit that as well or it will bloat you and make you feel like straight up ass. you have to find the balance with the last two or they will make you feel like straight up ass

      no problem man. you should start with one and when it stops working move on to the other then back and forth. a lot of people arent aware that the caspciums from peppers actually do both stimulate the metabolism and block appetite. the down side is it only works for 3 or 4 wks before the body adapts. fiber on the other hand keeps things moving along and makes you feel full longer, it is low cal and has zero impact on blood sugar. so go with hot pepper for a few weeks then switch over to fiber while giving pepper a break. or even use the fat burners with them in it. you can also add in a cup of sour kraut or 1/4 cup to a few of your meals as a filler, same goes for most greens. it will give you a filling effect and not add in any additional cals. no impact means you can have as much as you want and can tolerate

      I was about to say the same thing. hot sauce on my eggs in the morning helps. then a big glass of sugar free metamucil. i can go 3 hours before hungry again and i eat like a hummingbird normally.

      if you are trying to lean down my man, just keep in mind that fat is 9cal per gram and that will make a huge impact when you could have 3-4 cals per gram of protein or carb. just tossing that out there numbers wise not so much stomach feeling full wise haha

      Definitely depends on your goals MM. If you are eating more frequently, then adding a good fat to a meal will somewhat even the cals out and you wont be eating again in 30 minutes
