      i hate saying dumb corny shit but i will tell you to throw some music on in the head phones, put your head down and just go. dont look at the time just focus on some good music man. i have made myself pass out before pushing past my limits but then again i will be damned if someone will out work me lol. not saying go to that extent but you have to train your mind to go somewhere else while you are struggling. then when it's over have a meal and crash out haha

      I haven't been super active or supportive on everyone else's log and I am sorry for this just busy and it has been a journey. I want to say thank you fitness geared and crew I have been on here for around ten years on and off, I have met amazing people learned extraordinary things and I am 4 or 5 days out from one of my dreams that came early. I feel good I feel ready and thank you all for kicking ass and always welcoming everyone here... This pace has been a huge part of my love I have built for bodybuilding because the attitude the people the sincerity say a hell of a lot...

      I'll get some pics up for everyone soon. First place in my class empty class lol but it still was good and didn't make the overall win but the guy that did was light heavyweight and shredded as hell.

      def very proud of this dude. i thought it was going to be a struggle at first due to mr mix wanting to devieate from the plans slightly here and there and having a hectic work sched. when push came to shove, he delivered an outstanding package that was symetrical ripped dry and full. i am extremely proud of his transformation and finished product as well as him as an individual. i am sure he is in a food como right about now or he just got tired of me telling him no and do more of this and that so he is absent at the moment haha
