Awe thank you your right she ain't gong anywhere just sucks I know she doesn't want this again but it is my choice and I will propose to her but needs some planning and a neat ring first maybe on our fall vacation... Do you have any good ring sources in is it Vegas? I want of all things a white gold ring with an Opal in centre surrounded by diamonds!

take it from a man of very much experience, every one after your first gets easier and less painful. almost to the point of being fun and enjoyable. that's stretching it a little bit but it is far less miserable each time

funny I've been giving my posing trainer/friend a hard time when he tells me how hard it is going to be and get worse I say positive it's gonna be easy lately he actually seems to recognize it slightly and be acting more positive...

you know how i roll. if i say it is going to suck a bit, then it is def going to suck but if not i will let you know. their is no point in being negative or telling you about how miserable you are going to be before you get there haha, it kind of defeats the purpose. cardio sucks to me and some enjoy it. but no bs straight up every prep since my first and the majority i have helped have gotten much easier and a more fun experience

TweetNot feeling this day did half my leg workout yesterday posing went food cardio was lacking but put the time in and no abs. Off for back and arms and tty for some abs I reply. Hope I can get through this... Ppl life ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

you just made me think of a good motivational line: do you think the competition is doing more than you are? do you think they are backing off as they see the end? only you cant control what they are doing but you damn sure can what you are. that just came to me just now
