TweetSo I started the day working towards my goal. At the start my foot was hurting, but I said no way am I going to stop. Started out slow, and within 10 minutes, no more pain. I know that's what usually happens, hence why I continued. Took a path through the woods, that leads off the main path, and I had a lil old guy in front of me hunched over and cruisin with his walker. Such motivation for me...no excuses! My new running shoes were great, so great that I made Fuzo go out and buy himself a pair tonight.

So far, I am liking this, but I am taking it slow. I have to get over that "all or nothing" "go big or go home" mentality, I sometimes have.

Until tomorrow..

Sunshine and great weather, a great day already!

Coffee, oats, and eggs already digesting, and it's time to rock n roll. Headed out to make the goal.

What a day! Worked on my running and got aggravated on this run . This day was a challenge but it ended great riding roller coasters with my daughter and her friend! God bless kids, they make life fun

Yep, this body needs some rest so today I will attack other goals. feeling overwhelmed as there is lots to do to get ready for our trip.

TweetStill working on my goal but just in a different place this week, trying to improvise with what I have to work with. Not used to walking/running up hills but I feel the burn. Also cant wander to far off or some cowboy might snatch me up...HEE! HAW!!!! Fuzo ya'll better get your ass here quick

not the cow boys and hill billies you need to worry about, it's the hungry bears wandering around that will get ya. that will make you run fast haha

TweetOk I am thinking I over did it ion walking the hills, lol. Yikes my body is talking to me this morning!

Anyway, I will do it again today a bit less though.

I am sitting here eating what is supposed to eggs but I am not sure and least they have oats too. It was hard to skip over the biscuits and gravy but I did. Lots of other good bad choices but I will refrain.

Looking forward to another day of peace.

Tweetback to working on my goal! I did what I could while I was gone. had a full blast flare up of body pain but did it anyway and will continue to work on it. Probably not a real good idea but there isn't any pain while moving so have to keep moving. Also back to my gluten and dairy free eating which I think was partly the reason for the flare.

Thinking I may hit my goal sooner...I have a lot stored up aggression to get out

TweetDamn! I have to remember I am not a kid and not without some ailments, lol. Tried to not act my age yesterday and I wouldn't doubt if I have a ,mild concussion. Needless to say I didn't get to work on my goal today. Once I was in the car this morning, my only goal was to get the girls safely to gymnastics. I achieved that and strategically drove myself home

Will try again tomorrow but it's hard to to have fun with the kids...you know? lol

Back on my gluten and dairy free eating though so that will help keep inflammation down

TweetYep, this one threw me back a bit. Guess it's God's way of telling me something but I "never give up". Just a little break!

Still keeping my eating in check though. that isn't the hard part for me though except when my daughter bakes cookies...then I am screwed
