      she is up 2 lbs from the tbol already really liking it feels even stroger after a week her diet is going really well she will be the best looking woman at the beach when we go on vacation

      Today 8-16-15 she is at a super lean 142 lbs bf% is 4-6% she is looking swole all eyes are on her where ever we go esp the gym I am so proud of her.
