TweetI have been giving it hell until today got some gross Intra workout bc I ran out of Intra until I get home. Workout blew barely worth being there and no cardio I think my body was too drained to bother going but I did force myslef. Been working hard at work well in compared to most ppl lol pc 5500 shutdown and brakes on a 830haul truck today... Recover tmra and I'll get back at it hard on Saturday...

Leg pump day workout 9:30 am
Posing w trainer 10:30 am
1 squeezed lemon
Meal 2 halibut ur eggs whites 1 tsp coconut oil
12pm 90 min massage ahhh
1 Squeezed lemon.
Lunch 4oz steak w tsp coconut oil.. 1/5 cup quinoa
6 drops lemon oil equal to one lemon
Meal 4 4oz steak w sugar free ketchup
1 squeezed lemon
Meal 5 6 oz bbq chicken breast w asparagus
1 squeezed lemon
Meal 6 6oz bbq chicken breast w spur kraut
1)Workout lying leg curls 5 set w partials and isohold on end
2)Leg press 12 sets of 10 add one plate to 6 plate then drop one plate at a time to failure every set back down to failure on one plate at finish
3)Elevated DB lunges with 30 second stretch between legs every set 4sets of 10
4)Sissy squat 4 sets to failure
5) superset calves
Seated calf raises 10 w 10 second stretch at end superseded with standing calf raises 10 w 10 second stretch at end.
Total sets 8 via 4 superset
1hr posing did alright gonna keep doing sessions with him and will try for some pictures soon with soem l
