i really cant take to much of the credit. i didnt do all the hard work, self discipline and sacrifice necessary. the brains part is easy peasy haha esp when you arent fully suffering as badly. dont look at my diet for a few days cause i am def living it up with gusto as well

Understand Gusto...a good coach/mentor/even leader knows when to step back and let those take the praise and glory, as well as knows when to step forward and take blame/criticism/stones, this was YOUR time, you put in all the blood, sweat, and tears, Guns and I know what it takes to get on stage and be at the level you were to do as well as you did, as coaches we draw up the plan...YOU and the others initiate it and put in the work!!! This is YOUR glory, and as you know if it wasn't for God this could never have happened!!! The glory of God and his strength we pull from to be our best...YOU did it!!!
