Man it's been a really long time since I last posted. I had finals and I was picking up some work hours and I started my summer class of organic chemistry. It's been a hectic while but still pulling through.

Nothing really new to report other than that I am currently on a 3-2 carb cycle which has proven to be quite the challenge. Carb cycling really puts you to the test and shows you how much discipline you have. I just started my 3rd week and it hasn't been all that bad. Today was one of those days where I was just hungry all the time which sucked but you push through it.

Today was chest and shoulders and I ended up going to powerhouse gym with my best friend Allison and we killed it. She really helped me with form and introduced me to different ways of doing the exercises to really feel the squeeze and the hit all parts of my shoulders and chest. I love doing chest with someone because then I feel like I really push myself and am better for it.

Now I'm just relaxing and avoiding doing my organic chem homework and just enjoying my holiday.
