I'm very curious now as to how much a guy can expect to cut in a few weeks on DNP without changing a regular cuttings ethic and just adding DNP. I may have to give this a shot myself for some last minute for I g cutting. Thanks for the log Dirt Warrior and all the goid tips and advice guys.
man if i were going to jump in with dnp without changing anything in my diet i would def make for sure i kept my sugar and higher end gi carbs low or not at all haha. i am sure that if you were eating a bunch of sugar you would sweat like a biatch 24/7. now with that said, i would say it wouldnt be unrealistic to be able to drop some pretty good weight as long as your diet was reasonable. i dont know of anyone or have any personal experience with this type of approach but carbs drive the dnp to work

My simple sugars stay low anyway but when I'm cutting my carbs are also at or below maint levels but are you saying the carbs make DNP work better or just burn you up? Of course I assume the " burning up" is how you melt fat. Basically a supercharged thermogentic right? Sorry to high jack dirt warrior! :/

you are correct in how the mechanism works but on the other hand you only want how many carbs needed to be effective. so right around maint a little above or a little below. so not enough carbs will still work but not quite as effectively. the heat is coming from the uncoupling of the fats and carbs increasing your body temp.
