Tweetsorry been super busy so here is my update im at 139 lbs solid at least mm says so. i have gotten stronger in the gym day by day went up on weightd 2-5 lbs on every exercise ill get back soon the holiday season is very busy for me and a thank u to tgb for having my 10 lb iso whey instock.
