I had a carpal tunnel release surgery on my right wrist. I've been fighting carpal tunnel for years and tried everything from braces, to therapy and cortisone shots. It got to the point where I couldn't play guitar anymore and my hand was constantly numb. I'm glad it's done but hating being out of the gym! I'll be doing lots of legs and cardio this month.

Fuzo has had that done on both hands years ago. I know the one acts up still but he was able to do what he used to and more in the gym after that.
