TweetNixon, you have been a great encourager for me Thanks. I think you may need to add more protein to your daily diet. Protein = Mass I have had to learn the hard way that I need tons of ground turkey and chicken breasts. I am cooking 2.5 pounds of chicken breasts for tomorrow. Pound down the protein and you will see huge gains.

Right now I am doing a 7 day primer workout and 7 day detox pre full program as a part of it though.
Last detox day today, start front loading test tonight, three days off gym then I am gonna cheat hard tmra and after the three days diet will be cranked up as well as drug and some good extreme training Mi40 style. I can't wait ice been weak and flat especially after not working upper body for so long...

TweetGreat plan Nixon! Just don't want to see you getting low on energy. The chicken: I strip all fat and gristle then pound them with a mallet so they are the same size all the way across. About 3/4 an inch then throw them on the grill. They cook evenly that way.
