TweetOK, I'm all in on this one but you are not supposed to out work me. This workout looks brutal and you are taking in a great amount of food instead of relying on shakes. No way you can go wrong if you keep this up all 20 weeks. What manner of beast do you want to turn into??

High cable bicep curls x15,12,10,10
