TweetMonday night I went hard in the paint on some back/bi's. I had a meal at 330 and i arrived at the gym at 545 so i was already hungry and felt weak. I didnt have the intensity and almost left 30min but i stayed and powered through. By the end i was dizzy and was a little wobly walking around.
4 sets bent over row
4 sets of straight leg deads - weak as hell here
4 sets cable rows - last set to failure 180lbs
4 sets vbar lat pulldowns - my back was so tired but i went heavier than normal and i finished all the reps. I was surprised
3 sets assisted smith machine pullups. 8, 8, 6 reps
4 sets machine t-bar rows
By the end i almost fell over lol
