      I agree with this 100%...just poking my nose in here now Bitty, as I just got my wife Nikki ready for her first figure competitions and know that YOU need to be committed to your goals if you want to achieve them. I will be the opposite of my brother Guns and say if you want to succeed then get with the program. Whiskey is not in a successful program, and over cheating doesn't help either. I actually have been meal prepping for a couple bikini competitors, making their food for them, keeping them in their macros, working with their coaches and yes it is aggravating when you have a client that isn't doing what you have layer out for them to succeed. It is great you are being honest, but too much cheating and not enough self discipline girl!!! If you want it, then get it...you can do whatever you put your mind to, or you can keep spinning your wheels. Give yourself 1 cheat meal a week, stay strict to your program, make a vision board...write down your goals and program daily, do positive things to keep you on track. It is only 10 weeks, 2.5 months out of many...sorry if I seem scolding on my first post in here but seriously somebody has to be the one.

      By the way, my wife took 1st place in the women's open figure and qualified for Nationals, she also took 3rd place in the 35+ Masters division...took a 2nd place at a show in June...these were her very first competitions ever, like I said you put your mind to it...YOU CAN DO IT!!! I will check in and support you here 100%, even offer an incentive of some supplements if you achieve a goal...willing to coach you too...you let me know and I will deliver!!!

      OK all, here's what's up! It's been a while since I've posted but I've been on my grind. Lots of progress in my opinion in terms of muscle definition and strength, fat loss is still a struggle. Hovering around my starting weight like am anchored fucking boat. HOWEVER! I have since busted through multiple PRs, of which this is my pride and joy: OFFICIALLY SQUATTING 135!!

      Last Friday night, after weeks of bullshit (you may have noticed my absence) and months of yearning for that plate, I decided enough was enough. Started my leg day out with 10 on the bike for warm up, some quad extensions to warm up my knees...at that point was feeling weak. Wasn't putting up as much and as many on single legs and started to get worried about my upcoming plate attempt. But once I walked up to that squat rack, repped a few sets at a known and comfortable weight, decided it was about to go down. I threw up the plates, the beat dropped, and I did it. First set got me 6 clean reps, managed 4 on the second set. After everything I really needed that little victory.

      In a month from now I'll be in Vegas for the O. I won't look great, but I'll look better than I have in a long time. I'll still be motivated and I'll take everything I can from the experience. Feeling good about things to come.switched up my diet a bit yet agai, now aiming for meals pacific macros instead of just end of day counts. We'll see how it goes.

      I apologize for my neglect in recent weeks, I'm around and going hard, I promise!

      Today is back and shoulders.

      Hey strangers! Apologize for the long absence...let's see whats new and exciting...went to the Olympia, completed my first Var cycle, and got my tonsils out. Still recovering from the surgery, but I'll be back in full throttle soon. I'll be around chat to catch up with you all, hope everyone is doing well.

      Also huge thanks to Trixie for coming out to hang out with my girl and I poolside at the Hard Rock. Had an absolutely fabulous time all weekend long, definitely an experience I will never forget. Aiming to make it my Mecca-esque voyage each year. Can never have too many magical meathead adventures

      Great shit Bitty!! I loved reading your blog...very honest, something I enjoy....I suck at dieting, discipline, etc, and just have freak genetics I guess.....How did you like the Var cycle? I hear many women enjoy it...Heading to Vegas myself in a few weeks lol
