TweetSo today was an off day, chest and triceps were extra sore today. I really dont know if its the additional test or stopping tren but my muscles are so much more fuller and i look and feel a hell of alot better. Pumps and strength are going up too.
Diet has been awesome since monday things are going great, and im glad to report i shot right rear delt. Im starting to try new areas..

TweetAh yea baby im up to 206 now and ppl at the gym have been giving me a double take. Strength and endurance is through the freakin roof. Eating has been really good this week.
I think with my tren cycle i was doing too list for the sides i was getting. im gonna do 750 a week next time with equal test. But im so loving it right now. Im still sore almost after every workout!

Tweetthursday was last day in the gym. Finally made it today and did bi's with forearms and abs, Kind of a light day but i did 2 straight hours of biceps with on break. I was killing it today. No doubt ill be sore tomorrow. Im still up in weight and have incredible workouts. Im talking with my buddy about qualifying next year for the mens physique competition at the tampa pro.
TweetDid shoulders last night. As i was driving home i was like "blah" i dont feel like going so i went home. I missed two important meals earlier in the day. So i went home and ate, then went to the gym.
I had a really good shoulder workout. My strength and energy was down a little bit because i didnt have the right amount of carbs going but im glad i went.
I really need to incoporate more front delts. I need to find some more exercises for them.
5 sets db presses
4 sets db flys
4 sets seated rear db flys - i could hardly finish because my shoulders were so pumped, wow it was very painful.
5 sets bb upright rows - used straps grip was fading
4 sets smith machine rear delt flys (rear pec dec machine)
4 heavy sets of smith machine shrugs all sets to failure
TweetSore as a monkey today from my day doing biceps. I was pumped all day today from my workout last night.
I took today off mainly cuz i needed it and i also tweaked my neck doing db presses last night, doesnt feel good at all.
Legs tomorrow.

Leg day - I did my whole workout in about 45minutes, no rest at all between sets just about 30 sec. I would finish an exercise then walk to the next machine no breaks.
5 sets of 6-10 reps Leg press
4 Sets of seated hamstring curls 10 reps
5 sets of 10 seated leg extensions
3 sets of seated calf raises all to failure.
I know that was a weak workout but i think i ate too close to gym time because i was tired and just didnt have much motivation so i hustled out what i could then went home,

Chest/Tri's
5 sets bb bench press. My last set of 225 i did four reps assisted by spotter. The previous set i did 5 with no help. So this last set was to struggle as much as i could with him helping me barely.
5 sets standing cable crossover/flyes
3 sets incline bench db - by this time my chest was so tired i could only do three sets of six. My arms were shaking all over the place.
4 sets skullcrushers
3 sets straight bar cable pressdowns - triceps were starting to fail/arms shaking everywhere
Dips - I couldnt even do one dip my tris were so tore up. LOL i looked like a weakling
4 sets rope tricep extensions all to failure - i swear my skin was going to rip.
Overall that workout was so insane my whole body today is pumped as if i just finished a workout. Extremely sore, it feels amazing.
Weight is up to 208lb. My diet has been great the last three days, Im not seeing much strength increase on bench though.
