every other day or e3d should be fine man with the prami. now for the scar tissue, rotate sites as frequently as possible chest tris, quads,glute and shoulders. that gives you a total 10 areas to hit and should help with the scar tissue buildup. also foam/rumble rolling as well as deep tissue message will break up scar tissue big time. think it's bs? i couldnt hit my glutes at all anywhere without pushing unreal hard and leaving a bruise from scar tissue, started up deep tissue work 1-2x month and rolling and the muscles are like brand new
