TweetFrom a PLer viewpoint I could do without. But......I will admit that it did hit the front delt with more emphasis than a standard front DB raise. Definitely not a power move.

TweetMax I will never be as strong as you but I am older. I went heavy the other day on chest and lats day and left shoulder went pop. I did not push it after that but was so mad. I have more strength then most but the joints are old and beat up. I tell Trixie all the time I wish I was as strong as Max but it is not in the cards. Just be carefully and let us live though you.
