TweetToday 7-7-14 I will start upping my kal intake ed till Sunday so I can get into bulking mode and get use to more whole foods agin so I'll include these meals in my log the next few days and hit cardio hard to finish off cutter I'm at 235 today bf 6-7% abs are out full bloom very happy with results of my cutter did it in less than 50 days thanks for everyone's advise and help esp guns
Tweetif i were you mountain i would take a few days off to eat whatever you want and then go at it full force. that way you get a little break in between and still capatilize on the rebound
