Tweetapbt 30 Min should be fine. 45 min if you want to just be sure its completely in your system. the empty stomach thing is so it absorbs faster and more efficiently since food will slow the absorption and your body pumps blood to your stomach to digest food leaving your blood volume is down.

Tweeti take mine almost exactly 45 min before i walk into the gym and it works perfect for me. i think you could even get by with 60mins if you really wanted to

Tweet4 wks straight for me and not a bit of lost strength from this product at all. it is still doing exactly what it is supposed to do on week 4 as it did on day 1. so i havent increased the dose at all and it is still just as strong. it's nice to not have to use extra or change products after week 3 when the body adjusts to it. give it a try you wont be disappointed

Tweetafter the full 5wks of using this product i will go ahead and review the experience again:

product strength 5 ( it lost no effect on the strength for the entire 5wk run and got me through a number of back to back zero carb days with ease. i was wasted after training but it got me through)
product stim full 5 (no loss in the stim effect during the entire 5wks. it was just as good on wk 5 for me as it was on day 1. i did not increase the dose for the duration either)
impact on libido 5 it has no affect and hasnt caused any stim dick for the full 5wks
ease in digestion a big 5: (no change at all in stomach issues from this product
product tolerance 5 (it remains at a 5 for the duration of the 5 wks. no issues at all)

i highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new pre workout. this is very very good stuff
