Tweetdont forget ground turkey man. it is cheap as hell and you can pan fry it drain it and rinse it for very little fat. you can also grill it like a burger and do tons of other stuff with it. very low in cals and fat plus its very very cheap. one of my go to cutting foods i eat tons and tons of. egg whites get a little pricey for the volume i eat but i do use them and i have found that turkey seems to keep my fuller longer but it is always an option to have on hand

Tweet5 pounds usually runs about 12 bucks or so my way. take a look back in my log from my prep last year man. you can see how i tailor and cut and move stuff around to get ready. you dont have to go as strict as i do but it should give a good idea to go off of. i eliminate all diary and sugar from my diet entirely until the last few days

TweetDamn 12 bucks isnt bad. I paid 5 for 1.25 lbs but that was from a higher end place i am sure i can get it much cheaper. I will look at costco its usually half the price of the store i got that from. I will check it out thanks!
