      I've hired a prep coach. He's trained 4 guys to pro and has a very accomplished client base. I am absolutely confident in his ability to coach... not so much in his AAS knowledge. He grew up in Yugoslavia, I wonder if he is just stuck in his old country ways. he gave me this 12 week cookie cut plan.

      He told me he appreciated our first conversation I asked him about AAS, I didnt ***** foot around it. I just dont think half of this shit is necessary. I'm currently running 100mg prop / 100mg tren ace. He wants me back on test e and Deca. I've never even used Deca before and I would think it wouldn't be as effective as tren ace. He's putting me on a higher calorie diet for 4-6 weeks to squeeze out some more gains before cutting. We talked a little about tren and he started talking about sides, he told me their harsh and it has tanked his sex life for months at a time. I told him I havent had a problem especially sex drive since I'm taking Cabergoline, its making me horny as hell. He hadn't heard of Caber before so I schooled him what I knew about it and he asked me if I could get him some. Again he seems too legit but his AAS knowledge makes me wonder. Or am I just too fucking smart?

      I want to follow the training and not question it but I feel like I'll get more out of my own AAS plan. What do you think?

      i guess that could work the only thing that would worry me is not running any test for the last 5 weeks. i'd sub out the deca for npp and the abombs for d-bol. also i'd drop the winny and up the var at least til the last 4 weeks anyways

      i am no expert but i dont like that setup at all. you can run tren for the duration of the 12wk prep as well as masteron and eq. i would even run the eq for 16-20wks to get the max out of it as long as it doesnt make you to hungry.
      the 8 wks out setup looks ok minus the deca. maybe some others with physique experience will chime in but the only physique guy i have trained was natty cause he is very young and didnt need the help of aas just yet

      I've never ran Mast or EQ. I'm reading about them now, what would you think the doses should be with a stack like prop/tren a/mast/eq? Then continue the 8 weeks out program from above? I've got some Var and Winny on hand but I dont like this getting any more complicated. I'm willing to give mast and eq a try but I'm not fucking with halo or any more of that stuff.

      I don't like the idea of running Deca up to 5 weeks out. It takes forever to clear and it could have you holding a little water too close to the show. I'd run NPP instead so it clears out faster, and I would still run a low dose of test (100-200/wk) up to the show.

      I've had some night sweats. I feel my temper flare a little bit and it may be affecting my sleep but I sleep like hell in the first place and have been on sleep meds for years. Overall I'd say sides are very manageable. I'm tempted to raise the tren but from what I've been reading is why do you want to push it till you get terrible sides?

      I am looking at adding the EQ 150 & Mast 25 EOD with the prop and tren shots. What do you think? I've got some Var I could throw in this far out and change to Winny 4 weeks out?

      Yeah I'm not to excited about deca. I'm loving tren but I don't want two 19nor in the same stack. Everything I got is short ester and doesn't bloat me. I just don't see a good enough reason to bring in deca.

      Low dose of test at 100-200 a week? I'm planning on using the Winny at the last minute. From the show cycles I've seen everyone drops test before the show... But I guess this is physique too so you don't need paper skin.

      Have you posted pics of yourself? It would be nice to see where you are now.
      This seems like a big cycle for a phy guy. Have you seen the pic I posted in that thread
      Calling all phy competitors? How do you think you stack up to those guys?

      IMO you need a cycle that will maintain your lean mass now while dieting. I don't think any phy
      Guy would ever need so many compounds To prep for a show. If you have the lean mass now. Added to
      great nutrition & training you are set. The final look objective is not hard and grainy. Again use enough aas
      to hold your lean mass when dieting.

      ^^^^agreed.... That's the best way to start by seeing you.

      Below is my cycle I may use 16 weeks out from competition. I may use long esters because I hate pinning everyday.

      1-16 tren ace
      1-16 test prop
      1-16 masteron prop
      1-16 proviron 100mg
      1-8 anavar 100mg
      10-16 winny+halotestin
      aromasin 12.5mg EOD and 25mg ED close to contest
      4-5iu HGH
      I may add some clean+T3, but I need to research them more.

      I'd start the var and focus on your diet because that's going to make or break you.

      Ok thanks for the pics. That right back pic is a good shot for you even at this early stage. I have no clue what's up with that middle shot. You will have to work on presentation through out this prep. So front and back poses. Stage presents is the last part that will make or break you. Look at those dudes I posted in that other thread. Plus just go online and look at a few big shows pics. You will get the idea.

      What is your weight and height? Post it along with bf% if you can

      You have a good starting base here. Lock in that nutrition and training. If you can get a body fat comp done do that to have some idea what your lean mass is. Plan on being down and at your best look 2 weeks out. Really, get to that show look early.

      Keep this thread going with weekly pics front and back view. We can all watch as you drop weight and help keep you on track. Same goes to you Christsean do pics in your thread too.
