TweetUpdate for anyone that cares lol...Ive been training pretty hard. these 2 weeks i havent gone everyday as my body is adjusting again to training hard been disabled lol im getting good now!.....Im eating clean my meats and veggies. Im not doing a BB show or nothing so Im going to eat clean but not over do it if it was a show. I
deff see results to be honest I havent weighed myself but Muscles are coming back in big and full!.....I am doing my cardio daily although is freaking boring!!!!.....Chest will always be my weak spot lol and arms will forever be huge!......Fat is coming off steady and if things go the way planned by november we should see nice results!.....I will post pics when I feel you guys would go WOW lol.....I just need this belly fat to leave!!!....
