Tweetdrink epsom salt and raw lemon juice for bowel movement. and drink cranberry juice or take cranberry pills to help urinate. i hope that helps brotha. i worked at vitamin world for a bit and learned alot about natural remedies i hear ya on not going to the hospital i feel the same way. if u need any more advice feel free to pm me or as me on this thread.

Tweeti read about the 2 cups of epsom salts option...the jar of pickles and pickle juice is now starting to help...a little more for both needs

TweetNext time you plan on partying hard, make sure you have some pedialyte on hand at home {The walgreens brand is just as good). This works even better for electolyte imbalance than gatorade does
