TweetI have something that is closely related to shingles according to my Doc, it is internal and localized in my joints which he can't explain. Gave me a Varicella shot, Benadryl and some Vicodin for the pain. He said I may need to go on a steroid treatment, wouldn't that be poetic?

They did test for West Nile, won't know for a few days but he is very sure that he is correct in his diagnosis.

They will get me fixed, just want to be able to pick up the Bear without pain and train. It's a bit better after the pain meds, I think sleep will help since I got none last night.

TweetDoc confirmed my diagnosis today, feeling better. No training until pain is gone, 2-4 weeks. Gonna plan to start back after the first of the year.
