TweetI'm actually really impressed with some of the development I got so quick. Lats grew and glutes grew a lot more than I thought. Estimate about 4-5 lbs of lean gain while contest dieting. That's crazy!!
Workouts are tough. Killed legs last night then some cardio, this AM was 1hr cardio after abs.
