      Roc and I were chillin wandering about really burning the front delts. I was sayin different iso type movements ... Son of a c*nt tells me rep out db presses at EVERY angel. Holy fuck the burn and pump.

      Hell yeah, I love getting a super crazy shoulder pump. Like one of those pumps that's so painful there's no comfortable way to let your arms hang lol.

      I love to do db presses sitting with the your wrists facing you. I only use 30 pounders but when you do it this way, the pump is insane and heavy weights are not needed...trust me

      Been a while since ive seen anyone do the palms in db oh press. its a classic. i cant get the hang of them tho. whenever i try them i feel it more in my tris and not as much in my delts.

      same here. been doing a lot of cybex machine presses since surgery and only rarely hitting smith shoulder presses but lots of reps and lots of reps on cable front raises and delts are actually improved.
      You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

      I use the bodymaster version basically the same thing. I keep my palms forward and the handles are far back enough i get the behind the neck shoulder press feel from it without too much stress on my shoulders.
