Used to love basic military press but my joints cant handle that anymore. Also loved lateral raises and cant do those either. Whats been working great is palms forward dumbell presses where I keep my elbows back and just arc the dumbells over my head. Its not a full range movement but it isolates the hell out of my delt heads. Ive been adding muscle to my delts with those. I throw in upright rows once in a while and the seated press machine at the gym. Thats it. I have to be careful with my shoulder joints or they will hurt like hell
I do my side raises like that too. looks alomost like a jumping jack lol But they do torch my delts pretty well.
