TweetI love chest day . Since it's one of my toughest body parts to build up, I sometimes train it 2x a week.
With that being said I def love the barbell bench press , but I'm slowly moving to dumbbell Press as my favorite for chest .
What is your favorite chest excercise ?
Do you strictly use only free weights , or mix in cables , or maybe just cables for chest as I find they're very versatile in what you can do to build the chest ?

Tweetyou are probably not working it correctly haha. it is the only chest movement that blew my chest up and gave me a couple stretch marks. had to be that because that's the only aspect i changed. lay across the bench, keep your arms slightly bent, let it stretch as far as you possibly can and then pull it through your chest and over your abs. make sure you take a nice deep breath as you move into the stretch and exhale when you are over your mid section. pull through the chest is key along with keep elbows flared and out. if you are doing it correctly then it could be something with you body's mechanics and it not being an optimal movement

TweetIt requires a lot of focus on my part to max the chest and min the lats involvement for me when doing db pullovers. great exercise to widen up.
Thumbs in slightly incline db fly. only done them few times so far but liking the stretch on the outer portion of my chest.
