Next time you hit Trader joes, pick up some bags of their gluten free oats. They are plain but good and clean. You know, ecause I am a "trendy powder puff" who tries to limit my gluten,lol

i will look. we will be making that trek here shortly for some other things i am about out of. got to wait on a day off from the gym and i have to pack all of my food for the trip dang it.

Have to make a good list for there. I usually go shopping alone but Fuzo has been going with me lately. I find him in the sample area,lol. Or he is asking me about the price of this or that and I tell him "don't worry about the damn prices" lol

i am actually really surprised at how cheap their stuff actually is. if it wasnt so far away for us, i would get 90% of my stuff from there. they only things that are super pricey are some of the meats but they are still cheaper than whole foods is
