      I think that helps but in studies i have read Liposomal Turmeric is the most bio available. check it out. It is really good for you. And just because it is not absorbed does not mean it is not beneficial. People who consume tumeric/curcumin daily in their diet have VERY low instances of colon cancer.

      dude buy it in bulk powder and but bioperine powder (you can get a gram for $2) and figure out 10mg of bioperine per gram of curcumin. mix it and cap it or do what I do. use a 1 gram scoop and mix it with my daily fiber.
