Coleman's video isn't even in the same league. Coleman's is a decent workout tape, Pumping Iron is a classic. Arnold is articulate and funny, while he gets into the heads of his competitors (okay, just Lou) - meanwwhile, about the only thing you can understand that comes out of Coleman's mouth is "LIGHT WEIGHT - LIGHT WEIGHT".
