Back in the early 90s I bought it in bulk and added 30 grams to my PWO shakes. It is way easier to stay lean without doing that but I feel it did help put on bulk.

it is an outdated carb for insulin use. it will def spike the hell out of it though as long as it doesnt give you gut issues. you can probably still get it from brewing supply stores and such for dirt cheap

Good info but its crap for me personally. As is guar gum, absolutely kills my body. Fillers suck. I think they are tolerable by most people though

E. Coli has nothing to do with causing Crohn's Disease. It could be one of a million triggers that activate the disease in the genetic code but thats it.
