I have been reading a thread for over a year on another forum about DNP and I will tell you some of those guys rave about 250-300mg a day for 30 days.
It does NOTHING for me. I have taken MUCH more for several weeks with some success. As far as splitting up the dosage. It is supposed to have a long half life, 36 hours. That being said I like splitting my dosage up throughout the day depending on what dosage I am using. So if I am taking 2 caps a day 1 AM & 1 PM. Keep deviding it up throughout your waking hours if you take more.
I have used it many times and this is what works for me. Starting very slow. Learn what works for you over several cycles.
Water, V8, Pedialyte, antioxidants are essential. I like keto for the 3 days leading up to day 1 DNP but it's not essential. Cover everything you sit on or lay on in towels. Bring a change of clothes to work with you, everything will get wet from sweet (not at 1 per day but as you increase dosage). GW has worked for me to help with cardio issues, heavy breathing.
Most guys won't openly admit to some of these doses but I have talked to several I trust through PM that cycle it like me. My body is incredibly resilient to change. 300mg per day did zero for me.

Why risk it. DNP is for lazy ppl. Diet ass off, cardio ass off, Clen and T3, and you'll get shredded.

It takes 500 mg Ed for me to feel the heat ,and that is a very good quality dnp 750 mg was a little much for me so my dose is 500 mg Ed in am

All respect but your statement doesn't make sense. DNP is for lazy ppl but T3 and clen are okay?
What's the difference? Using DNP and not dieting and doing cardio will yield very little in results if any.
Also for that matter many folks who don't have a clue would say the same about AAS. Its cheating... It's for lazy people and on and on.
Many consider DNP the dark side of PEDs like insulin UNTIL they have real experience with it. As with anything you take it needs to be respected and precautions need to be taken. Education is key.

i used to think the same thing ig. i used to think dnp was evil and poison and clen and t3 where the way to go. then after many years of reading learning and research turns out that clen and t3 do more damage to our cardio system than dnp ever will. all the super hard stimulation of the heart is a no bueno for those of us that are getting older. dnp can and is safely used effectively and you cant just sit on your ass and let it work. you still have to work hard just like with anything else. it is a tool. hell i get nasty peeled and rarely use anything at all and barely do any cardio when i prep. no need to when you train hard and your diet is on point and your carry just a tad bit of muscle

it's a saturation compound man. meaning it builds up in your system over time and you dont need to take high end doses once it is saturated. best i have found is to go with like 6000 for 3 days 400 for 3 days and then roll with 200 for the duration. when you run it to high for to long is where you will run into issues and most dont realize that it is a saturation compound. it can sneak up on them and get them into trouble

Because how many fat ppl do you know that now take DNP that don't even work out? TONS. How many ppl have died from DNP cause they over heated not staying hydrated and doing too much cardio?? Now how many ppl have died using Clen and T3? Guaranteed not as many. Most ppl want the easy way out these days and don't want to put in the hard work? I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just old school. If you can't get in shape from diet, cardio, Clen, and T3 then you something is very wrong. You don't need to go overboard with Clen or T3, the ppl that do are the ones that have problems. I only have to use 60mcg Clen and 25mcg of T3 in prep and get shredded, and I know plenty of ppl who also get the same results from similar dosages. It's the dumbsh*t "coaches" that put ladies on 200mcg of T3 that f*ck up their thyroid that gives it a bad name. Less is more with some of these compounds. I've heard more bad than good about DNP and I don't see the risk vs reward. I've never used it and never will because if what I've done for years and years works then why switch it up for a more dangerous compound. Just my .02 cents

Ive done them all and agree that with low dose clen and t3 with the right diet and cardio should yield great results without the risks of dnp. 1 slip up and thats it with dnp. Ive lost 2 buddies who passed in their sleep due to dnp. Just be safe brother.
