So after 30 yrs of gear...
All my long term sauce runners: do you think there’s a point of compromise? In addition to training hard ( 2 a days/ 3 a days) plus extreme physical work, add car accidents, dozens of fights, brawls, & accidents and my body is like evil kneival, I’m still training & my Neurosurgeons all day it’s a miracle of core that I can stand. But, no matter how much gear I use I seem to stay the same weight. I only use 600mg test with equal EQ. Been steady on that for 6mo following last surgery. Also been using 2iu hgh 5 on 2 off. I did burn fat but was just wondering if any other long term people experience this. Personally, I think my body has had enough. I’m planning on continuing the cruise and go lean like a fighter. I’ve been 40lbs heavier most my life

Could honestly be a number of factors brotha. I was in a similar place a while back where I felt like I wasn't making any progress at all. I chalked it up to getting older and all the years of poundage and gear I've put my body through. I started bringing everything back a notch and started adding more rest time in my routine. Even took an extra week or so off from the gym to just regroup. When I went back, I noticed a whole new level of results I hadn't seen in a long time. It's like my body just kicked itself back in gear and started responding again. I figured it was the rest. I was just burned out. Beating myself into the ground with everything I was doing and not giving myself any time to rest and recoup. I was even chipping away at my sleep at night for a long while.
Sounds like you've been through a lot more than I have. Could be your body has had enough, but it might also just be something simple like rest. Once I took the time to focus on rest, I came back rejuvenated.

Certainly not wanting to insult a seasoned vet, but the first thing it triggers in me is kcals in. Just asking, but have you supplemented with a peptide like GHRP-6 for appetite or do you think you get the required kcals? May I ask if you carb cycle or what the diet is? Maybe a kick start option there...again, no offense to a vet, just curious.

Doesn't sound like a plateau thing to me. More like you want to cruise, maybe lean out a little and get your mind off the scale. I say do it. You might be happier or after a while you might be ready to start blasting again. You won't know until you try.

Some good points brought up here. Diet will always be the thing that makes or breaks our physique no matter how much AAS we take or how hard we train. With proper diet, rest is also huge, I find the older I get the more rest I need. 3 days on and 1 off is working well for me at this point of my life. Proper training is necessary as well. I always tried to lift as heavy as possible thinking I would grow more. I found with my body it responded better to perfect form, less weight, and forcing as much blood into muscle as possible.
Don't get discouraged. Stay motivated. Try new things.

Same thing with me i train 2 on 1 off and every 2 or 3 months ill take a week break. As well as you said I used to try to lift heavy as shit all the time now i use less weight and really focus on the muscle mind connection and my workouts are great as well as results.
