Cold showers
TweetWho does these? I dont but I intend to start. Not something to look forward to.But I keep hearing over and over how good it is for you to do cold showers. Increases your immunity, decreases stress, burns fat, anti depression, sleep better, increases energy, increase discipline, etc
How long do you do it for?

TweetI do not turn on the hot water during the summer but the water comes out of the tap at like 80 degrees. it is cool to my skin but like a pool when you first jump in and then find it refreshing. Winter is a diff story. 50 degree water is a might colder and unpleasant. I slowly turn down the hot water and then try to stay in 2 minutes. But I am a wimp to the cold.

TweetSometimes I do a quick one, and I do a splash of cold water on m face a lot. Very good for the longest nerve in our body, which has an enormous affect on so much in our body. Vagus baby
