TweetNow you all know my daughter plays fast pitch Softball and thers a new Law for college that goes into affect Wed that no scout can recruit any Softball player until there Junior year in high school. As of now until Wed they can go after 7th graders 8th graders 9th,10 but come WED they cant anymore and just can take juniors in high school . I have mixed emotions about this. We have traveled the United States to Camps to get my daughter recognized and she is in 8th grade and she can play and hit now after wed I feel the ones that were looking at her cant anymore .I mean they still can be on her radar but Fuk..


Last night the Florida Gators Softball team just recruited a verbal to a 6th grader a fukn 6th grader are you kidding me.This kid doesnt know what life or womehood or having her period or what she wants to do in life have any idea but lets recruit you. To me thats a slap in these girls faces who are just as good or better and older. To make things worse Politics played a issue in this her parents went to Florida and her grandfdather coached there so there ya go. Things can go either way now. Some girls might drop off because now they have to wait until there junior year which will be swamped with kids to take, Somwe girls might not preactice as much anymore. I cxantell you one thing. Nothing changes in my house with my daughter. If anything a little more now. Yesterday we played 3 games we won all our games. My daughter bats 3rd in the line up and yesterday went 4 for 7. 2 singles with a rbi ,3 run homerun over the fence,Bases loaded Double,couple fly outs gound out. Last game she was up to bat and the pitcher hit her in the face she went down like a sack of potatoes but bounced right back up and ran to first the helmet saved her ass big timne. Shes a little sore but will live,lol . The they walked her 2nd at bat. 6 RBI yesterday

TweetBeing on the outside of the softball fence, I'm not sure what the recruiters can and can't do, but I would think they'd still watch the younger players to pick out who they're going to put on their radar once they hit their junior year. So, I'd say y'all are definitely ahead of the game in that aspect. Especially since she's so good. I truly think she's going to go far!
