Since you’ll be hard pressed to find a preworkout without caffeine, we’ll assume you’re referring to just the DMAA, DMHA, DMAE classes. In this case I find NO Explode and C4 hard to beat for the money. Great pump on both of these.

If you don’t even want the caffeine, I would just recommend an apple, 5g of micronized creatine, and 5g of aminos.

TweetI got a few free samples of this stuff called body octane. it is a stim free pre wo and it worked well. I think the point of a pre wo is the stim (and the vaso dilators and fat burners ect) But the stim is what gets you going.

Anyway, I tried this product once and can say it helped some. I seemed to have more stamina. I still have 1-2 single packs left. I will try another tonight.
