      Anyone heard of this supplement? It's supposed to lower blood pressure and has a ton of positive reviews. Thinking about maybe giving it a try. My blood pressure isn't sky high, but definitely want to get it on point. It'd be awesome if something like this could work good enough to eliminate the prescription route for those whose blood pressure isn't super high, but still higher than it should be.

      Right now I'm taking hawthorn berry and of course my fish oil and CoQ10. My blood pressure still sits on the moderate to high end. I'm sure it spikes pretty good when I'm stressed at work. I've been checking into the carditone and it seems to be pretty promising. Lots of success stories with it getting blood pressure down to a good range for a lot of people. I'm gonna pick some up and give it a try.

The increase in salivary testosterone was also observed at all time points studied.

      Conclusions: This study shows that consumption of pomegranate pure juice has significantly increased salivary testosterone levels (average of 24%) in addition to effects on blood pressure, mood and the positive scores of anxiety and emotions in a large group of workers from different disciplines.

      Quick update on this Carditone. I gotta say, I'm pretty damn impressed. I pick some up and have been taking one every morning for a few weeks now and my blood pressure has definitely gone down. Before starting it I was getting readings of around 150 / 90. Give or take a few points. I checked a couple times when I was really stressed and was about 10 points higher both systolic and diastolic. Definitely too high. After a couple weeks on the Carditone, I checked again and was averaging about 140 / 75. I was sick last weekend and went to the doctor on Monday. When they checked I was 135 / 70. I've been checking everyday since and hanging around 135 / 70.

      I haven't changed anything else that would cause my blood pressure to go down. Pretty crazy. I was hopeful, but definitely didn't expect this. That's certainly enough for me to justify continuing to take it and see if I can maintain these lower numbers.
