Who consistently does this? Do you just do it 1 day a week? Any tips would be appreciated. he thing with me is I do not really like things reheated in a microwave. It is mostly the meat, I think t tastes funky when reheated in the micro.

I used to only cook on Sunday for the entire week. But, I started cooking twice a week and it helps with the whole food reheating thing. Feels like my food is a bit fresher even when reheating when I cook twice a week.

We cook a bunch on one day and freeze what we wont use for a while and then take it out and let it thaw as needed. Luckily we work from home mostly so I'm spoiled most of the time and can re-heat things on the stove which makes it taste almost fresh, mmmm

do all your carbs and veges 1-2 days a week and reheat them. cook your protein the day you are going to consume it and you should be good to go. that's how we do it and now i eat all of my food fresh except those two things. i dont think i could go back to reheated food haha
