      i feel you brother. almost at the end of PT where i can get green lit to hit the gym. I've been out of the gym since Sept 11th, day before surgery. haven't been on aas since then. the TB500 and gh helped recovery big time. therapy cruising right along better than they expected, now just bored waiting til my 12 week and 9 day follow up with surgery so i can get his blessing to lift weights which the PT said would start with 2 pound weights (beeyotch please). she made a comment yesterday that the traps on left side seemed lagging or maybe just smaller than the right during the "touchdowns" and "snow angel" arm movements and i gave her the stink eye saying yeah my trap and shoulder look like they belong on a 12 year old compared to the right side due to the atrophy of being unable to lift/move arm for 4 weeks followed by another 7 weeks of only stretching and mobility exercises. at one point she had said earlier when i complained about symmetry looking shitty after surgery, good thing you're not a bodybuilder and i whipped out my phone and showed her the pics of my photoshoot before mexico and she said ohhhh. yeah, my symmetry and strength coming back are huge priorities for me so she basically says sorry each session, no new fun stuff til the dr visit the 21st of dec. to quote Mr Tom Petty, "the waiting is the hardest part".
      You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

      Had some issues with my mri, have to have another one. IDK what the frig...

      So yesterday wasnt as productive as i would have liked. Do to some issues at work.

      But it didn't stop me from getting in a 40min HIIT session. And some stretching and PT exercises.

      Today ive finished off almost 40min of HIIT, some quality stretching, 2am

      We are going for high volume combo of full upper body.

      Taking about 5gr of white/yellow kratom as a preworkout. Im dry mouth as hell. Energy, focus,clarity is up. But dam im thirsty.

      Also, 3iu gtropin

      Sleeping more, definitely improving.

      Sorry everyone im here. Been rough last two weeks. My 6yr old has been sick for a few weeks. Not really getting better. Than , the kids caught a bad stomach virus..shitting, throwing up.

      Long story short things had gotten worse. He has fluid in his lung. Wife had a call tonight from the dr. This is what she was told.

      Bronchial wall thickening, suggestive of reactive airway obstruction(disease).

      Now my 4 yr old is beginning to sound bad also. Not sure what the hell is going on!!!
      Anyway, ill be getting in more updates tomorrow and as often as i can now.
      Golds is going 24hrs. Finally.. !!!

      A month later im here alive. Sorry family was a major concern.

      No more side tracks,
      Lets just call today day 1.
      Pic wont load. But

      Last night i believe i hit about 4 miles.
      Workout only consisted of shoulders. But was solid.
      Overhead press 4 sets x 12,
      alt arm swimmer press 4 sets x 12
      Upright rows 4 sets x 12
      Side lateral raises 4 sets x 12,12,10,10
      rear flyes 4 sets x 15,15,12,12
      front lateral raises 4 sets x 15,12,12,10
      high rows 4 sets x 12

      My left delt is a little sore today.
      My calves are also.

      About 3am I will hit bi/tri /forearm.
      Finished off one mix of HIIT/jogging 27minutes.
      Would like at least one more run before the night is out.

      I did some stretching before and after running earlier and some abs after running.
      Will do my ab workout when i get home. Hopefully i will get some solid sleep today.

      Finished off 1 run about 40minutes.
      Superset group of 2 exercises than move on to the next group.

      Standing alt bicep curls 3 x 12
      Tricep pushdowns 3 x12

      Alt bicep supination curls 3 x12
      Dips 3 x 25, 25, 23

      Concentration curls 3 x 12
      OH tricep extensions 3 x15

      Hammer curls 5 x 12,12,10,10 ,10
      reverse grip tricep ext 5 sets 15,12,12,10,10

      reverse curls 5 sets x 12,12,12,10,8

      superset wrist curls/ reverse wrist curls
      3 sets. 25/15

      Standing wrist curls 3 x 20
      Standing ,arms down , knuckles on my ass, palms facing away from your ass

      Morning abs.
      Wide legged sit ups
      Crunches
      V ups
      Leg raises
      Heels to heaven

      Shift changed yesterday. So sleep is out of wack!

      Did 15 minutes cardio on the arch trainer.

      Just to warm up my legs and get blood flowing.

      Did a partial leg workout out. Was kinda tired eyes were burning. Kept things kinda light.

      Order was all messed up also. I like to do my big/power movements first. Didn't happen this way. Place was busy as hell.

      Leg extensions 80 x 15, 120 x 15, 140 x 15, dropset 100 til failure, 60 til failure

      Leg curls 70 x15, 90 x 15, 120 x 15 dropset

      100 til failure, 60 til failure

      Leg press

      8 plates x 12

      10 plates x 12

      12 plates x 12

      8 plates x failure. Waited about 90 seconds

      8 plates til failure.

      My legs were so burned out. I was embarrassed as to not only doing 3 sets but almost half the weight i once was lifting. Trying to Walk i felt like the scarecrow from the wizard of oz. Wtf.

      Almost bit the dust stepping off the curb.

      Today i ended up having to work 3-11.This week including tomorrow im on 3-11.

      Will hit the gym tonight after work.

      Also, yesterday i was having issues with the right side of my neck and shoulder.

      Not sure if the shoulder workout caused this tightness. I took 4 oz of red kratom and 1gr of green 20x brick rock resin then took a 30 minute HOT shower. Trying to relax the muscles. Did some stretching and layed on the floor on my back for about an hour. Pain and stiffness seemed to subside About an hour and a half after my shower and kratom.

      Will update from the gym tonight. Hoping it is dead
