Ostarine is amazing! I look and feel so much better. I have that lean feeling still, strength and endurance are up nicely.
HAMSTRINGS
Lying Leg Curls: 4 x 12 w/70,90,110,130
Superman Lying Leg Curls: 4 x 8 w/30... these are insane. The hamstring REALLY contracts hard on these.
Seated Leg Curls: 4 x 12 w/80
1 Leg Seated Leg Curl: 3 x 8 w/30... nice and slow
Smith Machine SLDL: 5 x 12 w/115,135,155,175,195
Single Leg DB SLDL: 3 x 8 w/40 each leg
Smith Machine Somersault Squats; 4 x 10 w/135... i love this movement. destroys the legs and NO knee or hip pain.
Finished off with 20min cardio on stationary bike.
Macros for the day: 137g pro 16g carb 203g fat
