      Good morning everyone. I'm still in full prep mode. The show is 15 days away. I'm floating between 191-194. I really started. Getting lethargic this week so I spent the last two days adding some carbs back in for a little refeed. It definitely helped with the. Energy some but endurance and strength are still down em a little. I wish i had someone to take more pics but I'm still flying solo and I still hate selfies. Thank you fir checking in on me baby1, this place is my home and as I always say my plan is to be really active again when this is all over. Unfortunately I'm really a zombie most days and fighting to get through work and family stuff. All dat yesterday people were asking why I am so depressed. I said I'm not I'm just tired and trying to push through but it ain't easy. The eyes are on the prize though and I will represent a great package in two weeks!

      Saturday was d day. I weighed in at 185.6 which put me in light heavies for the open and I also did the masters over 40. I got fourth out of nine in the over 40 but I did not make top five in the open. I only have a few pics on my phone right now but I will share them. And yes I know I should cover my face so please save telling me that.

      I will get more pics uploaded once I get them uploaded from our camera. I have been eating like an animal
      Since the show ended and of course the first 24hours were mostly treats but by Sunday night I started making sure I got enough good food in too. As of last night I’m back up to 196. I’ve decided to try and incorporate a more power lifting type regime for a while because I have never trained liked that so it should be a good shock. My thoughts are also that all the mass monsters have some sort of powerlifting background so there must be something to incorporating that training too. My goal right now is the same it’s been for a while, get to that illusive 240lb weight. My focus is legs size first and foremost and then everything else. Now that the stress of prep is over I am hoping to have more time to be available online. Thanks everyone for the support.
