so i saw the surgeon yesterday for 13 week follow up. says everything looks good other than he'd like to see more internal rotation stretching. my delts have never been that flexible arm behind back similar to At Ease military hand position but I'll keep working at it. said another 8 week follow up and they'll cut me loose. got once a week PT for 4 more weeks. today they had me add in 4 more exercises with light dumbbells and they had me doing standing cable rows and internal and external rotation on the cable crossover. be working these in the gym along with legs now til i can unleash everything in a few weeks and assault the conditioning for my mexico trip in july
