When I hear " Less Is More " , especially when it comes to BodyBuilding, a bunch of pussies come to mind. Let me rephrase that , dudes that are pussies. Evidently they haven't either lifted heavier weight, as far as more volume, they haven't emptied out the tank when they're at the gym, they haven't eaten enough to get more GAINS, they haven't tried more Gear to try and break a plateau.
Yes , more doesn't always mean better, but if you don't give it a try , yourself , then how will you ever really know ? Less may be enough for some people, while more is better for others.
Less Is More, I guess if your scared to try , then Yes, Less Is More for some .
Oh , Stop Being Pussies !!!
